The Jackson/Mann Community Center’s Adult Education Program is open to adult learners ages 18 and older who are residents of Allston/Brighton and neighboring communities. We offer free English classes and free HiSET Prep classes. Check out our programs and apply today!

In partnership with ENB and Winship School, we offer Beginner and Intermediate classes in a hybrid format. Childcare is available for in person classes.
Do you speak advanced English but don’t feel ready for college? ESOL Pathways can help you prepare! In-person classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 9 pm.
Are you preparing to take the HiSET exam? Join our classes to prepare for the test! Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 to 9 pm.

In partnership with TGH, JMCC offers TGH sessions throughout the year. These sessions consist of 8 classes of 2.5 hours each, in which students learn digital literacy skills. Students who attend at least 15 hours, get a free Chromebook to take home! For more information about the program, check out the Tech Goes Home website.
